David Tennant is an award winning Scottish actor who has appeared in such productions as Harry Potter & the Goblet of Fire, (as Barty Crouch Jr.) Casanova (as Giacomo Casanova) and Single Father (as Dave Tiler). One of his most well known roles was that of The Doctor in the BBC show Doctor Who, in which he played the character for almost 5 years (the 10th actor to play the role).
Career
Tennant narrated the audiobook versions of Cressida Cowell's How to Train Your Dragon novels, leading some to speculate that his performance was the inspiration for the Scottish accents in the film.
Tennant plays a minor role in the How to Train Your Dragon film adaptation and subsequent TV series as Spitelout Jorgenson, as well as supplying additional voices for some of the other Vikings of Berk.
