The Dragon House is a building for dragons that was built at the end of the first film.
Design[]
The dragon house is a tall structure with a high roof. Under it are levels for the dragons to rest. There are smaller houses on the sides of the roof for Terrible Terrors. It also has small hollows at the bottom for Gronckles. Unlike most buildings, it has Viking structures on it instead of dragons.
History[]
How to Train Your Dragon[]
During Hiccup's closing narration, he looks at how Berk has changed to accept the dragons. In the background, a dragon house can be seen with lots of dragons standing on it.
Gift of the Night Fury[]
While Berk is shown preparing for Snoggletog, a dragon house can be seen in the background. Another dragon house can be seen being decorated for the holiday.
Trivia[]
- The Dragon House appears to have been replaced by the Dragon Hangar by the second movie.
- In The Serpent's Heir graphic novel, the Dragon House is present on Berk. Although by the time of the second movie, the Dragon Hangar had replaced the Dragon House.
