Seaweed Nelson is the captain of an unnamed ship. He knows about the pirate queen, Nikora Stormheart, and her warship, The Tempest, suggesting he has traveled long distances since Stormheart is relatively new to the Archipelago. His knowledge of or perhaps previous encounter with, urges him to warn off anyone who would seek to challenge Stormheart.
