I am going to explain why I personally would like to see the Twin stay together, and one big reason why the creators may as well. I am going to start with the reasons why I would like to see them not go off with someone else. First off: Ruffnut and Tuffnut could no longer have the same closeness they do now (Which that closeness is something I LIVE for). I love the relationship they have now and it just could never be the same if one of them got married. Think about it for a sec, there husband and or wife is not going to what there brother/sister in law over all the time. It would cause marital issues. They wouldn't be around each other as much, thus dead original relationship. They would have one of those "come and go" relationships (Which I don't want, at all). Second reason: In my eyes Ruffnut and Tuffnut are each other's other half (If that makes sense). In other words Ruff and Tuff just go together. If you ever noticed they seem a lot like a married couple. One moment there arguing and ready to rip the other's head off. The next there laughing and cool with each other. They also seem to have the same idea at the very same time. Heck they even finish each others sentences. My overall point being (And yes people will try to kill me for saying this) I feel Ruffnut and Tuffnut are kind of already married to each other in a way. Third and also possible creators reason: Barf and Belch. I don't know if this ever occurred to anyone but what happens to Barf and Belch if Ruff and Tuff leave each other. Ruffnut have them for the week, Tuff on weekends? I mean really, Poor Barf and Belch, not only is it like when people's parents get a divorce but they would also have to be replaced. The Twins couldn't keep the same dragon like that anymore. What the other twin's life would have to stop because the other needs to go somewhere and can't fly the dragon by themselves. They would have to get there own individual dragon for themselves. I don't think the creators could get rid of Barf and Belch like that anyway( Or at least I hope not). Although it is still very possible and probably will happen that the twins will split up. I just really hope not. I didn't write this to anger anyone but I just wanted to vent sportive.
